Ron Forrester, American bow maker, handcrafts bows in accordance with the French tradition. He uses only traditional methods and tools to create bows specifically tailored to the individual player's needs. His years of experience working with some of the finest string players in the world has served him well in the execution of this highly specialized art form. He is an elected member of THE AMERICAN FEDERATION OF VIOLIN AND BOW MAKERS, and he serves on the board of the International Pernambuco Conservation Initiative.
